Polychrome and polychrome sculptures

Part of the specialization of our studio is polychrome. We focus on the accuracy of the survey work and the subsequent accurate specification of the restoration procedure. We don´t make restoration that devalues the article, but we try to take advantage of all the preserved polychrome fragments and to supplement only by sensitive, uniting and similar retouch including gold surface so that next treatments with the preserved fragment of the original artwork would visually create harmonious unit.

Polychrome - it is a multicolored, decorative, expressive, symbolic and other modification of sculptures, architecture and other artistic works. Each culture and art direction gave polychrome another expression. Polychrome task is to increase the aesthetic experience of the article and its protection against surface damage.
